Glo By Flo is based in Los Angeles and currently ships across the U.S. We do not ship out of the country at this time. Orders generally ship within 3 business days. We offer free priority shipping (3-5 business days) with every order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible glo@globyflo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
